Our "Big" Girl

After a few months of Ella occasionally sitting on the potty I decided to read a book about potty training in a day. It talks about having a potty party with a theme and all. I liked the idea, well most of it, so I thought I'd give it a try with Ella. I skipped the theme part and just went for it. All morning we trained a new Cabbage Patch doll how to potty. After nap it was time for big girl panties! She did great! It's been a little over a week and we've definitely had some challenges but she's hanging in there and I'm trying real hard to hang with her. Hopefully we'll be accident free in the near future and maybe even 100% before baby brother arrives. Here are a few pictures from our "potty party".
