What a week we've had here in Dallas. Last week was beautiful then the arctic storm hit. We were homebound Tuesday through Friday. Ice doesn't give you much opportunity to go outside and venture for creative photo opp's! Besides being cooped up all week I've been sick with an eye infection and what is probably bronchitis. Ugh! Onto the photos I was able to capture. :)
1. Water
Ice melting from the gutter was dripping down into the snow. I thought it looked really neat the way it was collecting and forming droplets on the snow/dead grass.
2. Window
Friday we woke up to five inches of snow on top of one to two inches of ice!

From TIME magazine, maybe last week's. I'm a Reagan fan so this one stood out to me.
5. Activity
Yesterday we finally left the house to go to a birthday party. My daughter got to ice skate for the first time. It was really cute. I practiced shooting in M mode which was rather tricky at an ice rink. ;)

What a fun time for you living in Dallas. I life in chicago and we got 17 inches of snow which made it hard to go outside and snap away. Great set, thanks for sharing!

I'm from Dallas and my family reports every day on the craziness that's been going on! Looks like you're making the most of it :) Stay warm and safe! My son was wearing his Dallas Cowboy sweatshirt yesterday and he got lots of compliments on it. Too bad we're not playing today! I guess, Go Packers :)
