Pre-K has started!

Today is Ella's official first day of her last year at pre-school.  sigh.  She is such a big girl.  From a mommy's perspective, I'm selfishly glad I have one more year with her before she begins kindergarten.  I enjoy having her at home two days.  We have fun going to ballet, playing, reading, art, playdates, etc.  Next year will be a big change for her.  She's been ready for school to start for a few weeks now.  Yes, so has mommy.  We all need a routine...and a break!  One of her best buds is in her class.  Thank goodness because almost all the other kids are next door.  This morning the only other friend (whom she told me last night she was going to marry one day) from her class last year was having a really hard time with drop-off.  He was so upset.  She tried to comfort him but he just wanted his momma.  Once her friend, Taylor, was in the door I saw her get comfortable and I was okay to leave.  Chris, Bennett and I walked out into the nice and cool breezy air!  Bennett's first day is next Wednesday so check back for his update.
