Are we here to play soccer?

Saturday was game day!  Big day since last weekend was rained out.  We were hoping Ella would be aggressive and really go for the ball.

Again, socializing on the field.  This time with and I quote her, "my new friend, Sutton" who happens to be the coach's daughter and scores the goals!

Her team won!  They actually played well despite the socializing during the game. :)  She still really enjoys soccer.

Meanwhile, Bennett was up and down.  He was playing with her Leapster briefly, then wanted to play soccer as well, then wanted to throw a tantrum, then called my mom and chatted on the phone and then he played games on my phone.  Thankfully he was not tooooo rambunctious.  

If I could have his eyelashes I'd be one happy mama!

This weekend is a bi week so no game but Grandma VeVe and Papa Jim are coming up.  We have a full weekend planned with the pumpkin patch at the Arboretum and the State Fair.  I can't wait to try all the foods!!
