Painting Pumpkins

Last week we painted pumpkins.  Ella and Bennett loved this!  I bought some pie pumpkins and pulled out some acrylic paint.  We did this out back, laid out the splat mat and put on some smocks.  It was so fun.  They are actually quite detailed.  They both wanted as much of the pumpkin covered as possible.  I just snapped away, as usual.

Kinda funny how B was always sticking out his tongue while in deep concentration.  Ella's pumpkin ended up with glitter on it but I don't have a picture.  I'll add one with the Jack-olantern pictures later.
