A friendly visit

I've gotten behind in my posting.  See here or here if you are wondering where I've been or why I might be sleep deprived.  Maybe a Volume 3 will follow soon.  So, two weeks ago one of my best friends, Leslie, and her two kids came up to Big D for a long weekend.  We had a great time.  On Friday we drove out to Grapevine and checked out the new Legoland Discovery Center.  Brooke and baby Wylie came along too.  Then we stopped for frozen yogurt (coffee for me - Lent) and the kids played at the Caboose in Allen then back to our house for dinner.  Saturday we went to Ella's soccer game.  Bennett was supposed to go to a birthday party but was so cranky he stayed home and napped. The rest of us enjoyed an outdoor lunch then went up to McKinney for a fun photo shoot and walk around the square.  Everyone had a great time and all the kids love each other and get along well.  We all wish we lived closer to each other!  We're looking forward to our week long visit to SA this summer!
